We have a unique service for you that will make shopping even easier and more personal! Gift wrapping is a new option available in our store that allows you to bring joy to a loved one without having to worry about packaging. You place your order, and we take care of the rest—from wrapping it in attractive paper to shipping it to the address you specify. Simple, fast, and convenient!

How to use gift wrapping?
Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
In your cart, select the “Gift wrap” option. All products in your order will be carefully wrapped in elegant wrapping paper.
The package will be decorated with jute string, and you will find a sticker with the words “For you” on top, which will give it a unique character.
The proof of purchase will be sent to your email address, and no prices will be visible in the package.

How much does the gift wrapping option cost?
The Gift Wrapping service costs EUR 15. This is a one-time fee for each product wrapped in this way. The cost of wrapping is not included in the order value, which entitles you to free delivery.

Can every product be gift wrapped?
Yes! We will do our best to ensure that every product in our offer is aesthetically wrapped. For larger shipments (e.g., large sports equipment), we encourage you to contact our Customer Service to arrange the details of the packaging.

How are gift packages wrapped?

Gift packages are carefully wrapped in elegant wrapping paper and tied with natural jute string. You will also find a “For You” sticker on the package, which makes each shipment unique. In addition, we place the package in an additional cardboard box to ensure its safety during transport.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Of course! If you want to send a gift directly to a loved one, simply enter their address in the delivery field. Remember to also enter the recipient's phone number – this will help the courier contact the addressee. All formalities, including proof of purchase, will be sent to your email address.

Can I return or exchange a gift-wrapped product?
Yes, gift-wrapped products can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return and exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. However, this only applies to the product itself, not the gift wrapping. Detailed information on the return or exchange procedure can be found on our website here.
